Hello, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy & Spirituality from St. Stephen’s College, Edmonton AB. I am a Certified Hakomi Practitioner and Trainer and I love teaching and group facilitation. I have training in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Feminist Approaches, and Trauma-Informed practice.
